How soon could I rent a storage unit and move in?
Give us a call and if there is a storage unit that meets your needs you will be able to move in once you complete the necessary paperwork and make your first payment.
What do I need to rent a unit or outdoor space?
In order to rent a unit or outdoor space you must provide a government issued photo id. This can be your drivers license, state id or passport. In addition to the photo id you will need to provide additional proof of identity. This can be a valid credit card, current utility bill etc.
How long can I rent my unit for?
All storage units and outdoor spaces are rented on a month-by-month bias. No long-term lease is required. The minimum rental is one month.
What Forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, money orders, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards.
Do I need to purchase a lock?
No, a lock will be provided for your use.
How do I know what size storage unit I need?
Liberty Storage offers many different storage units to meet your storage needs. We encourage you to visit one of our facilities to view the different options that are available to you.
How do I update my address or phone number?
Liberty Storage requires written notice of your new address, email or phone number. We will then acknowledge the new information in writing and once this happen the information will be considered valid.
Do I need to give notice before I moving out?
We would appreciate a 10 day notice before you move out.
What items are prohibited in my storage unit?
There are only a few items that are not permitted in the storage units here are Liberty Storage. For your safety and the safety of others the following items are prohibited: Liquids, Flammable Liquids, Any Illegal Substance, and Perishable Items. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding what can or can not be stored in your unit.
